Booked well ahead: 30% on approval, then one invoice a month — sent 5 days before the end of the preceding month — which you pay to confirm that month. Nothing is ever charged automatically; a month left unpaid is cancelled and the deposit stays with the studio. Cancelling 30 days ahead or more is refunded in full; between 29 and 8 days the studio keeps 30% of the total; 7 days or less is not refunded. Full terms on the Terms of rental page.
